Buffering can occur due to high traffic or slow internet speeds. If you experience frequent buffering, try holding down the “Pause” button for about 15 seconds before resuming playback—this can often resolve the issue.
Additionally, you can adjust the picture quality to better match your network speed. During VOD streaming, press the Menu button on your remote, go to Quality, and choose from High, Normal, or Low settings. Opting for a lower quality can help reduce buffering, while High quality may provide up to 4K resolution if your network can support it.Does Your vSeeBox Keep Buffering? Wi-Fi vs Ethernet Explained

We suggest shutting it down (power off) if you are not using it. It will release the internal storage and make the box work more smoothly with next usage.

The sleeping mode is for a short period of not using it. The tv box would not be turned off completely for a faster wake-up time.
