We offer a 30-day return policy for most physical vSeeBox products.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- All included accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation must be returned
- The product must show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products purchased during holiday promotions or discounted sales events
4. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support

Step 2: Receive Authorization (RMA)

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent)
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (recommended)
5. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item)
